Located within the historic Centennial Malt House, Prohibition transformed a previously underutilized portion of the landmark building into an immersive hospitality destination inspired by the clandestine bars of the 1920s. The project leveraged adaptive reuse strategies to preserve the character of the historic structure while introducing a distinctive cocktail experience that contributes to the continued revitalization of the surrounding district.
