Malt House Lofts transformed the historic Centennial Malt House into a mixed-use residential destination that celebrates the building's industrial heritage while introducing new opportunities for urban living. The adaptive reuse project integrates 13 loft residences alongside hospitality, event, and commercial spaces, preserving the character of the landmark structure while contributing to the continued revitalization of the Lafayette Square district.
