Lincoln High Rise Mixed-Use

One of three development concepts explored for the site, the high-rise hotel option maximized density while establishing a strong presence within the San Diego skyline. The concept focused on creating a vertically integrated hospitality experience that leveraged the site's urban context, premium views, and proximity to surrounding destinations. Through efficient planning and contemporary design, the project demonstrated how a compact site could support a vibrant hospitality destination while contributing to the evolving character of downtown San Diego.
