Cupples 9 Hotel

Situated within the historic Cupples Station Warehouse District, the proposed hotel concept explored the transformation of a late-19th-century warehouse into a contemporary hospitality destination. The design balanced historic preservation with modern guest expectations, leveraging the building's heavy timber structure, brick masonry, and proximity to Busch Stadium to create a distinctive urban hotel experience rooted in St. Louis history. The concept sought to further activate the Cupples Station district while complementing the neighboring hospitality and entertainment destinations.
